Neither Mitt nor Newt (Mutt and Jeff??) really say how they will balance the budget. Even though he could not think of all three agencies,at least Perry said he wanted to cut. Paul is widely popular, because he wants to cut war spending. If the final Republican candidate actually proposes cuts and end the war in Afganistan now, he/she would win against Obama. Obama mentions now and then cutting but never gives details. In his state of the union he only mentioned more spending.Even many Democrats secretly want to balance the budget but are afraid to say so. If these dissident Democrats, join Republicans and the non-partisan to vote Republican, Obama doesn't have a chance.
